The Falkenhagen lake and its sourroundings are attractive during all seasons. Especially in summertime, bathing, boating and fishing are favourite leisure activities. In wintertime skating is very popular.

Aside from the lake the nearby forest invites for recreation. The Western Havelland region is well known and popular as a cycling paradise because of its newly built cycle tracks. So bycicle trips can become a great event.
